Hello! My name is Manuela, and it's great to have you here. I'm a Yoga Teacher and Kinstretch Mobility Coach with a strong passion for the human body. I enjoy providing engaging and informative classes to my students. Currently, I reside in Lagos, Portugal and offer both in-person and online classes.

My training spans across various subjects, including anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutics, which allows me to offer a safe and easily accessible class to all. I firmly believe in creating a fun and inclusive community that embraces diversity and welcomes individuals of all ages and levels of practice.

My primary objective is to empower my students by equipping them with the tools they need to excel on their yoga mats, as well as in their daily lives.
