Since we are both born and raised in the Algarve, we know all the secrets of cooking delicious food with the regional food!

For us it’s also important to cook with seasonal and regional ingredients in our yoga retreats in Algarve.

Our veggies and fruits come from the organic certificated Farm Seis Marias as well as from local farmers and shops.

We cook with organic and seasonal food and create healthy dishes with an algarvian twist.​

Our menu during our yoga retreat in Algarve is mainly vegetarian but we are also happy to adjust the menu according to the group.
In case the group shows interest, we are glad to share and cook some of the best Portuguese dishes. Do not hesitate to ask us!​

Every morning of our yoga retreats, we prepare a delicious breakfast buffet. You can expect a broad variety of seasonal fruit, fresh bread, eggs, tradionally delicacies from Portugal.

During our yoga retreats in Algarve, most lunches and dinners are included. We are looking forward to prepare some of the algarvian specialities for you.

Furthermore Algarve region is well known for its fresh fish and seafood, therefore we will prepare a tasty fish BBQ in local style. Something that you can’t miss when visiting Algarve,Portugal.

In addition, one evening we will make a reservation and take you out to one of our favourite restaurants.
When you book your yoga retreat, let us know in advance any special dietaries or intolerances so that we can adapt accordingly the menu.
