You can expect fresh fish, seafood, delicious pastries, cheeses, and the famous green wine!
On the southern of Portugal in Algarve region, where our yoga retreat is located, it´s very typical to eat fresh fish.
The fish is served with a very simple lettuce, onion and tomato salad next to some boiled potatos in olive oil and garlic. Super yummy!
We also have the most sweet and juicy oranges in the world. You will find always a coffe shop with a fresh squeezed orange juice.
Besides that on the Algarve region, we have traditional deserts and cakes with carob, figs and almonds.
