SUP Yoga in Lagos Experience one Day Retreat | July 12th | Portugal
Imagine yourself doing SUP Yoga in front of a beautiful hidden beach in sunny Algarve! Feeling the warm sun touching your skin and listen to the calming sound of the ocean. We start by connecting the movements of the water, trusting and surrender to it followed by a flow of postures.
Mindfullness is key as we move and flow through each posture. If you let your mind wander away too far then for sure you will find yourself falling into the ocean.

What you will learn?
Introduction about Standup paddleboard & safety. Afterwards we jump in the water and look for a spot to anchor our boards. Yoga class will be guided by Diana, our yoga teacher. This class incorporates meditation, asanas flow (postures) as well as a yummy savasana.
What is included?
